Summer is coming to an end and I couldn’t help but create this beautiful and vibrant smoothie bowl before we say goodbye summer and hello fall! It is a sweet, yet healthy indulgence that can be made quickly.
I chose to pour my smoothie into a “mini” bowl. I had a few extra minutes to sit down for a quick breakfast and also wanted to add some fresh fruit toppings, so this bowl worked great! Watch the video to check out a DIY on how to make the perfect circular mango pieces.
Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking! This smoothie could also easily be made for the “on-the-go” girl while she gets ready for work or a healthy option after a workout at the gym! Just pour it in your favorite cup and you’re ready to go!
